opportunity to promote the presence of our Chinese community, increase
interactions with other communities and provide information exchange
and entertainment in our Chinese community.
Although in testing stage, approximately 100 books are now available
for public use and more will be available in the future. CAI plans
to have a grand opening ceremony later this year. These books cover
topics in economics, politics, history, literature including novels,
Chinese art introduction and general introductions about local,
provisional, regional governments and tourism attractions. Among
them are very entertaining novels, a knowledge series of the great
Chinese culture, and great history books. CAI will subscribe two
Chinese magazines for the library starting in July, 2004.
CAI hopes to expand and fully utilize the collections and thus
asks for your help: First, if you have any Chinese books, audio
